When you need to deal with something urgently, it's a big help. You pay for examinations, yes, but what do we not pay these days if we don't want to wait half a year or longer for appointments in state clinics. For me, a very pleasant experience, despite the fact that it is a gynecological examination, which is not always so pleasant.
