I was referred to the clinic by a good friend that had just completed an orthodontic treatment and he was extremely pleased with the results. Overall, Dr Miguel and Dr Adriana, and their entire staff are outstanding, highly skilled and very friendly.
I have lived my entire life with a mouth of irregular and overcrowded teeth, and more recently a narrowing jaw as a result of age. Dr Miguel Merino told me that the jaw narrowing was contributing to my snoring and sleep apnea. However, he was extremely confident that he could correct all my problems. After scanning my mouth he showed me a model of my teeth as they were and as they should be at the end of the treatment. I was frankly pretty skeptical that he could make so much of a correction.
After two and half years (I travel a lot and could not make the schedule of adjustment appointments, doubling the length of time it would normally take), Dr Miguel took the braces off and I was astonished to see how my mouth had beautifully regular and aligned teeth. But now there was another issue to consider. Years of bad brushing and drinking red wine and coffee had eroded my gum line and yellowed my teeth. This is where Dr Adriana came in and presented me with several aesthetic options. I opted for the porcelain veneers and after several visits I have a transformed smile. Her attention to detail was amazing. In fact both Dr Miguel and Dr Adriana are not only highly skilled in their craft, they are perfectionists and I am so glad they pushed me to see the treatments through to their conclusion.
I highly recommend their services.

Waiting time is always 30 minutes or more, even if they give you a specific time for an appointment. Today before coming I specifically asked them if I will have to wait again, since I am taking time off of work and I cannot afford to wait 30 minutes as usual- they told me not to worry as this will not happen. To my disappointment I had to wait more than 20 minutes (in an empty clinic) to be attended for an appointment that took no more than 5 minutes. Then, after the visit, I was made to wait more than 15 minutes more for a presupuesto! total 45 minutes waiting for a visit of no more than 5 minutes! When I comented this to the staff, noone apologised, and the administracion lady even seemed annoyed and told me to tell this to the doctor- from my experience in customer service the better approach would be to apologize at least and not try to put the blame on your colleague. Not coming my back here…

Quiero redactar mi experiencia exacta con la clínica: NO RECOMENDABLE pedí que me quitaran los braquets después de 2 años de tratamiento porque: *Nunca me hicieron/dieron un diagnóstico. *Nadie me explico cual iba a ser el procedimiento exacto de mi tratamiento. *Me cambiaron de medico 3 veces sin previo aviso y sin mi consentimiento. *Una de ellas (Ivet) estaba en prácticas o algo parecido porque siempre la supervisaban y yo pagaba el servicio como si fuera hecho por un prof…esional. *Cada vez que me cambiaban de medico me daban información diferente y contradictoria. *El doctor Merino me dijo que mi tratamiento sería de un año y medio y que como mucho podía retrasarse hasta 2 años, y cumplido ese lapso el resultado que tengo es: *la arcada de abajo está desplazada en relación a la de arriba, NO PUEDO CORTAR comida que antes si podía, LA MANDÍBULA SE DESPLAZA AL MASTICAR y me causa un dolor constante a cada lado, y estéticamente no son bonitos. Asi que por todas estas razones NO puedo recomendar esta clínica y tampoco estoy contenta con su forma de trabajar...

I can't say enough good things about this clinic! Choosing it for my orthodontic treatment was a game-changer. They use the latest technology, and the personalized care is exceptional.
I had lingual braces (behind the teeth), and I'm thrilled with the results and the time necessary to achieve them.
The team is super friendly, and they really make you feel at home. They even worked around my busy travel schedule. I highly recommend this place – top-notch all the way!

Very unhappy about the treatment and the staff and outcome! When I starting my invisible aligner treatment in Poblenou I was happy about the service but once that center was closed and I was asked to go to the Sants center everything went downhill and the treatment was not correctly followed up on, appointments have been cancelled and the results is just not even close to what I had been promised! Even the bleaching of the teeth was never finished. Wasted money and time. This is a scam!
