Meine Schwiegertochter hat, vor ein paar Tagen, dort entbunden. Mein Sohn und ich waren abwechselnd bei ihr. Es war eine geplante Geburtseinleitung wegen Problemen. Alles lief ruhig und sehr freundlich, fast liebevoll ab. Da gab es keinerlei Anzeichen von Gewalt. Alles wurde ausführlich und verständlich erklärt. Direkt danach kam der Kleine zur Mutter. Beide durften erstmal zusammen zur Ruhe kommen. Ich war begeistert und bedanke mich hiermit.

I went there to take a blood test, was told to sit and wait because I need to speak to a doctor. After nearly 3h of waiting, I was told she can't take do the test. Before hand I spoke with 3 different people all told me that I need to wait 3h to find out the answer is NO. They could improve the process and allow nurses to speak with people. Horrible treatment and waste of my time.

If i could leave zero stars i would. My husband came here for a dislocated patella incident and he is still currently being held in a room with nobody in it or treating him. We have been here since 5pm and i decided to go get us some food and feed our puppy etc.. they are very unorganized and lack communication. Even if it is an emergency i strongly suggest to go elsewhere bc it will tale hours for you to be seen. We have been here for over SEVEN hours and counting. My husband had basically wobbled his way into the ER and had to lean in me to walk. The staff deemed his issue unimportant or non emergency and told him that he was good since he could walk. He was clearly wobbling and they showed no care or empathy at all. Avoid this place at all costs. They then recommended him to get Xrays and mentioned to him nothing about his knee/patella. We waitwd for two more hours and then they took him to a room to wait for the doctor. The doctor then came in and told him that he had an emergency and had to leave. He is still there waiting for the doctor ti show up. Worst ER we have been to. They have this sign that categorizes each patient depending on the severity of their case. However, on their screen they prioritized everyone as red-urgent when in reality it wasnt true. We were left in the blindside as to where we stood in the queu due to this miscatehorization and communications issues. Additionally the staff lacks communication regarding giving directions to a section or room. They wouldnt tell me for my appointment where to go and i was left having to ask any staff member i could find to ask for directions.

Parking is expensive, air-conditioning leaves a lot to be desired - but the facilities are modern and very clean. Layout is a bit confusing, as is signage. Definitely a step up from Paulinenklinik and a totally different league compared to the anonymous mega hospital of HSK.

its been two year since Michael Schröder operated my metacarpal bone on my left fist. i am so thankful and feel blessed to have him reconstruct my smashed hand. thank you doctor Michael Schröder. thanks to you i can use my hand. i will never forget you. i was a foreign student but was lucky to have the best surgeon. thank you thank you! maybe you will remember me from the photo uploaded.

Super Liebe und Verständnisvolle Ärzte und Arzthelferinnen in der Frauenklink. Ich hab panische Angst vor Ärzten und Krankenhäuser aber in der Klinik waren alle sehr einfühlsam und im Umgang mit mir auch sehr vorsichtig und liebevoll. Sehr empfehlenswert. Liebe Grüße Petrowski

Zwei sehr gute Geburten, eine sehr schlechte. Die Wöchnerinnenstation war immer super, die Hebammen immer nett, auch wenn jede was anderes erzählt. Gerade beim ersten Baby war das schlecht, danach kannte ich mich ja aus. Die sehr schlechte Erfahrung war eine Einleitung, die dritte Geburt. Mein Kind kam mit einem Apgarwert von 6 auf die Welt, weil die betreuuende Hebamme mich an keiner Stelle ernst nahm. Die eingeleiteten Wehen waren so stark, dass ich nicht mehr richtig atmen konnte, und zwischen den Wehen nur noch heulte. Sogar als ich Presswehen bekam, forderte sie mich auf mit dem Pressen aufzuhören, ich würde dem Kind schaden, mein Kind käme noch nicht. Aber das Kind kam und sie war völlig überrascht von der Situation. Mein Kind kam bewegungslos und total blau zur Welt, Ärzte wurden gerufen. Ach unter den Presswehen hieß immer wieder, ich solle jetzt richtig atmen, meinem Kind gehe es nicht gut. Ach was?! Deswegen wollte ich eine PDA! Später hieß es nur, es ging zu schnell. Ach was?! Deswegen wollte ich ein Mittel! Das alles hätte vermieden werden können, wenn sie auf mich gehört und mich oder meinen Mann ernst genommen hätte. Der konnte die Situation besser einschätzen auch ohne Muttermund-Untersuchung, einfach aufgrund meines Verhaltens. Einer Frau, die zum dritten Mal gebärt, nicht zu glauben, das was nicht stimmt.. .

My overall experience in the ER was smooth but there was a blood technician (I didn't get her name, was most likely Turkish or Kurdish) who was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and argumentative, it was shocking to see such an aggressive health care worker and it definitely took an otherwise good visit and made it horrible. People like that should not be around people having a health crisis, she gave me added anxiety on top of my emergency which of course made me feel worse. My doctor however was wonderful and you can tell she really cared about what she was doing. I felt well taken care of despite the first girls yelling.
