My husband and I celebrated our 50th birthdays at Tuscan Fitness. It was everything we hoped for and more! The yoga area was like a postcard, overlooking a beautiful Tuscan valley, and the instructors were excellent - thank you Megan and Elska! The hiking trips were fun and informative. The schedule was full, but we never felt rushed. There is plenty of free time to explore the area, such as walk to the old medieval castle. We also went to a local winery, which was a wonderful highlight. The food is very good, fresh, simple and plentiful. We stayed 5 days. The fact that people are coming and going on flexible dates made it interesting to always learn something new. The staff is super friendly and helpful (except for perhaps 1 waiter...don't ask him for cappuccino after breakfast lol). And all the travelers we met were just lovely. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking to rejuvenate and recenter!

Loved it 😍 Spent the most fantastic four days as a solo traveler at the retreat. Great place with the most stunning locations and view of the Tuscan countryside. Yoga classes was excellent, Kim was a great instructor with so much knowledge and passion. Accommodation was perfect, my room was so cozy with the most beautiful view 🤩 And the food…. Restaurant quality of a very high level. Will definitely return 🙏🏻

Really enjoyed my 3nights here at Tuscan Fitness as a solo traveller.
The instructors and staff were excellent.
Really good value for all the classes, activities and food included, in such a beautiful setting.

I stayed with Tuscan Fitness in autumn 2023 and returned early summer 2024 because I loved it so much the first time. I met some incredible people and luckily a few of us made it back to Tuscany together.
The team from La Forra and Tuscan Fitness are just the best of taking care of their guests. The yoga, workout and hikes are for everyone who wants to join, no matter the level, and the extra activities fit perfectly into the schedule. I appreciated the flexibility of doing some other activities when we stayed the second time.
The location is gorgeous in the middle of nature.
They are definitely generouse when it comes to everything around food and you‘ll never leave a meal hungry. I can’t wait to hopefully return again.

I’ve just left Tuscan fitness and I’m already planning my next trip back! It’s the perfect solo retreat for an active person who wants some company and some alone time. The setting is perfect, the food is generous and excellent, the yoga teachers kind, calm and receptive, the fitness classes are genuinely a good workout. The activities are fun, wine tasting and olive tasting were great. If they ever do an art class I’ll be in Heaven! Alix runs a tight ship looking for feedback and ensuring everything runs smoothly. I have traveled to many countries and been to many retreats and never knew I would return, but I will here. Just book it! You’ll have such a great time!
