Professor Kebudi graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul University.

In 1992, he practiced laparoscopic and oncological surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles, USA.

In 2004-2016, he worked as a professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Maltepe University (Türkiye), and was a member of the board of the faculty council.
