He has performed many successful surgeries, including anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions and stem cell therapies for arthritis. He received international training at the International Trauma Association in Switzerland. He is also accredited by leading orthopedic societies.

Dr. Onvural's medical education was completed at Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Izmir, followed by an Orthopaedics and Traumatology Fellowship at Tepecik Education and Research Hospital, Izmir. His additional training includes a stint at the International Trauma Association in Switzerland.
