Dr. Nihal Durmus Kocaaslan is an Associate Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University. Kocaaslan holds TPRECD and EBOPRAS certifications (2013). Kocaaslan became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2021. Kocaaslan has served as a Forensic Expert at the Ministry of Justice since 2019. Kocaaslan earned a PhD in Forensic Medicine in 2020.

Expertise includes orthognathic, maxillofacial, and jaw surgery, as well as cleft lip and palate and other congenital anomalies. Kocaaslan also specializes in breast and chest wall reconstruction, chronic wound repair, and aesthetic surgery.

International training includes reconstructive microsurgery at RWTH Aachen. It also includes breast, face, and body aesthetics at clinics in the United States and cleft care at Seattle Children’s. Kocaaslan trained in craniosynostosis at Erasmus University Rotterdam and in maxillofacial and orthognathic surgery at St. George’s Hospital. Kocaaslan is a board member of EPCD and active in wound care and cleft associations. Memberships include ACS, ISAPS, the American Cleft Palate Foundation, and AO Craniofacial.

They met and exceeded my expectations

Awalnya saya ragu-ragu karena tidak tahu apa yang akan terjadi. Hal itu berubah sejak saya mendarat. Saya mendapatkan pengalaman yang luar biasa dan semuanya berjalan lancar. Dari dan ke bandara ke rumah sakit, fasilitas dan staf semuanya luar biasa, seperti yang dijelaskan pada saat pemesanan. Mereka memenuhi dan melampaui harapan saya. Satu-satunya hal yang akan saya tingkatkan adalah perawat shift malam bisa sedikit lebih fasih berbahasa Inggris daripada menggunakan penerjemah google. Secara keseluruhan seluruh tim sangat baik. Pasti akan merekomendasikan klinik ini !!

The stay itself was good, I felt comfortable

Pengalaman menginapnya sendiri sangat menyenangkan, saya merasa nyaman. Satu-satunya hal yang mengganggu saya adalah bahwa staf membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menangani permintaan saya. Mereka sangat ramah tetapi saya harus menunggu lama untuk mendapatkan apa yang saya butuhkan, dan kadang-kadang saya dilupakan. Layanan purna jual juga meninggalkan banyak hal yang tidak diinginkan. Saya memiliki masalah kecil, mengirim foto dalam obrolan di Whatsapp sesuai kesepakatan dan menjelaskan masalahnya. Butuh waktu 3 hari sebelum saya mendapat balasan dan kemudian saya harus menunggu lagi sampai dokter bedah menghubungi saya. Saya masih menunggu.
