Dia selalu siap sedia di setiap jam kami mengganggunya. Dia sangat ramah dan manis. Kami menikmati kebersamaannya dan dia membuat kami merasa seperti keluarga. Dialah yang membuat seluruh pengalaman kami sukses. Profesornya juga sama persis. Mereka membuat Prosedur saya sangat berharga.

Setiap bagian dari Prosesnya sangat baik ketika mulai HEBAT pada saat Operasi dimulai hingga Perawatan yang saya terima sebelum dan sesudah Operasi itu sendiri.

Satu-satunya keluhan saya adalah tidak semua staf berbicara bahasa Inggris. Tapi kami berhasil.
