Born in 1976 in Dashoguz, Turkmenistan,  Prof. Serdar Nurmedov graduated from Trabzon Kanuni Anatolian High School in 1996 and Karadeniz Technical University in 2002. In the same year, he started working as a research assistant at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and became a Psychiatry Specialist in 2009. After becoming a specialist, he worked at NPISTANBUL hospital until 2015 and during this time he took an active role in the establishment of Turkey's first private Addiction Treatment Center. Between 2015 and 2023, he held various positions in Acıbadem Health Group and received the title of Associate Professor in Psychiatry in 2019.

Since the most important factor in his choice of psychiatry is his interest in addiction and related problems, he has done a significant part of his scientific research in this field since the first days he started working as a research assistant. At the same time,  Prof. Dr. Serdar Nurmedov, who has completed many trainings in this field in Turkey and abroad, has been an observer in psychiatry and addiction rehabilitation centers in many countries including the United States of America, the Netherlands and the Russian Federation.

Prof. Dr. Serdar Nurmedov, who did his specialty thesis on "Alcohol Addiction and Cognitive Functions", has nearly 50 scientific articles published in national and international journals, presentations in national and international congresses, awards, books and book chapters. His publications have received more than 1000 citations to date.

Currently,  Prof. Serdar Nurmedov, who continues to work as a lecturer at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, continues his research in the fields of General Psychiatry, Addiction, Neuroscience and Psychotherapy.

Dr. Leylagül Kaynar is a hematologist with broad experience in clinical hematology, bone marrow transplantation, and apheresis. She completed her medical degree and specialist training at Erciyes University in Turkey. There, she worked as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Director of the Apheresis Unit, and Head of the Hematology Department.

Dr. Kaynar gained international research experience as a Visiting Research Scholar at Duke University in the USA. She also led the Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Department at the Bahrain Oncology Center, where she improved hematology care in the region. Dr. Kaynar is now Professor and Head of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at Medipol Mega University Hospital in Turkey. She is known for her leadership and contributions to hematology and transplantation services.

Dr. Ahmet Mutlu is an ENT specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). He holds European Board certification in ORL‑HNS (FEBORL‑HNS, 2018) and National ENT Board certification (2016). Education: MD, Kocaeli University (2011). ENT residency, Kocaeli University (2011–2016). Master’s in Audiology, Başkent University (2017).

Op. Dr. Kemal Paksoy was born in Trabzon in 1982. In 2007, he graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine. In 2014, he completed his specialty training at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery. Between 2014-2018, he worked at Rize Kaçkar State Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic. Between 2018 and 2024, he worked at Memorial Hospitals Group Spine Center. Since 2023, he has been a member of the academic staff as Dr. Faculty Member at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine. Op. Dr. K. Ali Rahimi was born in Urumiyeh on 01.01.1961. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. Then he completed his specialization at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of ENT in 1997. He worked as an ENT Specialist at Erdem Hospital, Kadıoğlu Hospital, Çamlıca Medicana Hospital, Huzur Hospital and Atlas Hospital. He served as Chief Physician in all hospitals except Erdem Hospital. During his tenure, he worked on Septo Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, FESS (Sinusitis Surgeries), Adenoid Surgeries, Tonsil Surgeries, Snoring Surgeries, Hoarseness Surgeries, Hearing Loss, Tinnitus, Head and Neck Tumors. Prof. Dr. Aytaç ATAMER was born on January 31, 1964 in Adapazarı. He started his medical education at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1987. After completing his residency training at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Atamer worked as a specialist physician at the Social Insurance Institution (SSK) Diyarbakır Hospital. He then continued to work as a specialist physician at Diyarbakır Training and Research Hospital.

In 2008, he completed his upper specialization at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital Gastroenterology Clinic and in the same year, he was named Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. In 2011, he continued his duty with the duty of establishing Yalova State Hospital Gastroenterology Clinic and compulsory service and in 2013, he became a faculty member at Yalova University. Between 2017 and 2022, he worked as a Professor at Çamlıca Erdem Hospital Gastroenterology Clinic.

She was born in Istanbul in 1986. He graduated from Üsküdar American High School in 2004. In 2010, she graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and received the title of doctor of medicine. Dr. Nurperi Gazioglu is a neurosurgeon. She trained at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. She earned her MD in 1984 after study from 1978 to 1984. She completed neurosurgery training from 1986 to 1993. Her 1993 dissertation examined “Fetal Hypophysis Transplantation Under the Renal Capsule in Rats.”

She completed advanced courses in endoscopic pituitary surgery (2005, 2007, 2008) and endoscopic lumbar disc surgery (2007). She also trained in molecular genetics for clinicians (2003) and CME with the World Federation of Neurology (2002). She studied epilepsy surgery focused on insular–hippocampal anatomy (1999) and thoracolumbar trauma (1998). She attended the EANS European Neurosurgery Course (1988). Her clinical training includes observerships at APHP Necker–Enfants Malades and Hôpital Lariboisière in 1991. She completed an internship there in 1999.

Dr. Cenk İndelen is a cardiovascular surgery specialist. He has practiced since 2002. He has worked at Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital since 2025. He completed his residency in thoracic, cardiovascular, and vascular surgery at Kocaeli University (1996–2002). He became an associate professor in 2023.

His focus is patient blood management and cardiothoracic optimization. He has published on transfusion cost-effectiveness and PBM implementation (Cardiovasc J Afr, 2023). Dr. Nihal Tastekin is a psychiatrist. She completed her residency in 2020 at Istanbul Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital. She graduated from Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. Her thesis examined the clinical and cognitive effects of a computer-assisted cognitive improvement method in people with opioid use disorder.

She completed her state service at Bolu İzzet Baysal Mental Health and Diseases Hospital from October 2020 to June 2022. She provided AMATEM outpatient and inpatient care from April 2021 to June 2022. She has worked at the NP Istanbul Brain Hospital AMATEM clinic since June 2022.

Professional interests include addiction, anxiety disorders, cognitive remediation, dynamic psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
