Satori’s addiction treatment facilities are located in a discreet coastal location. We are just a short drive from Malaga Airport in the popular Marbella area on the Costa Del Sol.
Our residential accommodation is to an extremely high standard. The Satori hotel is a luxury facility with 18 single occupancy, air-conditioned rooms with en suite bathrooms.
Our naturally salt based swimming pool is open for use all year round, surrounded by a beautiful walled garden, moreover we are lucky enough to have many fruit trees. The exclusive facilities provide many lounges and communal areas for additional space for relaxation.

Our primary goal is to guide and support clients through every stage of their recovery journey, from the initial assessment, with ongoing case management through any transition to residential rehab at Satori Recovery And when you return home after your treatment at Satori Recovery, you and your family receive the all-important continued care for 12 months (applies to the client)
Our process begins with a thorough assessment of each client’s unique situation, including their substance use history, mental health, and any co-occurring issues. During this phase, we work collaboratively with the client and/or relative to establish realistic and personalised goals for their recovery journey.
Based on the assessment, we develop individualised treatment plans that address the specific needs and challenges of each client. These plans may include a combination of counselling and coaching sessions, specialist therapi groups, support groups, educational resources, and other interventions tailored to promote sustainable recovery.
Our drug and alcohol recovery counsellors, therapists and specialist addiction coaches play a crucial role in providing ongoing support and guidance. Through regular one-on-one sessions, daily group sessions, we help clients navigate the complexities of early recovery, identify triggers, and develop coping strategies to maintain abstinence. Our approach is strength-based, focusing on building on the client’s existing strengths and resilience.
Our approach emphasises a client-centred, strength-based collaborative, and holistic strategy to guide individuals through every step of their recovery journey. From the initial assessment to ongoing treatment and 12 month continued care after discharged , we are dedicated to supporting clients in building a foundation for long-term sobriety and overall well-being.
Doctor Bendeck is a General Practitioner as well as a Family and an Emergency Doctor. He has been working in Gibraltar and in Andalucía since 2014. In his career, he has worked for ‘Doctors Without Borders’ (Médicos Sin Fronters-MSF) in some twenty countries. He mentions this because of the way that this organisation’s values with patients, has marked his way of working, as someone with a genuine humanitarian commitment. He will thus be attending you personally and regularly at Satori as I will go and hold his clinics there. He will thus get to know you personally, and you can work together in a more personal manner.Dr Bendeck purpose is to make you feel personally cared for.
