I recently had a consultation at Paras Hospitals in Gurgaon and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The facilities are modern, impeccably clean, and designed with patient comfort in mind. The administrative process was efficient and hassle-free, with the staff being both friendly and helpful. My doctor was exceptional—they were not only an expert in their field but also demonstrated genuine care and concern, patiently answering all my questions and addressing my anxieties. The nursing team was equally outstanding, providing attentive and compassionate care throughout my visit. It's clear that the hospital is committed to a patient-first approach, and the quality of care and service I received was second to none. Worst hospital when it comes to processes and service.
My dad got a surgery done here recently and if we hadn’t caught them even the ID and file tagged to him was of another patient, total mismanagement. Billing takes 3-5 hours, worse than govt departments or banks. Zero customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received at Paras Hospitals in Gurgaon. The entire process, from my initial appointment to my final follow-up, was handled with an impressive level of organization and efficiency. The medical team was exceptional; my physician was not only highly competent and thorough in their diagnosis but also had a wonderful, reassuring demeanor. The nursing staff provided round-the-clock care with a warmth and attentiveness that made all the difference during my recovery. The hospital environment is spotless and equipped with the latest technology, instilling a strong sense of confidence. Paras Hospitals truly sets a high standard for patient care and I am deeply appreciative of the outstanding service provided by every member of their staff.

I recently underwent a procedure at Paras Hospitals in Gurgaon, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. Do Not Visit Dr. Namita Jain!!
My mother recently visited the emergency room at Paras Hospital, Gurgaon, due to a severe infection. She had already been on medication for 10 days with no relief, and when the pain and irritation became unbearable, she rushed to the ER for help.
When Dr. Namita Jain came to attend to her, she spoke extremely rudely. She asked my mother about the medications she was taking, and when told, she raised her voice and said, “Why have you come here when you’re already taking all the medicines?” Instead of providing guidance or comfort, she prescribed the same medications my mother was already on and told her to leave.
This kind of behavior towards a senior citizen, especially one who was alone and in pain, is unacceptable. Doctors are meant to support and heal patients, not make them feel worse for seeking help. My mother left in tears, doubting herself for even coming to the hospital.
I am very disappointed with Dr. Namita’s attitude and lack of empathy. No patient should ever be treated this way, least of all someone elderly and vulnerable. Hospitals should be safe spaces where people feel cared for—not dismissed and disrespected.
