My experience with Aktif International Hospital was great! I chose them for my ethnic rhinoplasty, and as a 19-year-old who travelled alone, I was definitely anxious to go. They made the entire process very smooth.
The staff were kind and easy to talk to, and my personal guide, Osman, was amazing. He listened to all my concerns and provided answers for every single one. The staff were helpful and kind, and although there was a language barrier, they made sure to attend to my needs and make me feel comfortable.
I particularly enjoyed how most of my stay was at the hospital, which meant any potential complications would be caught by the hospital team instead of me having to stay at a hotel after surgery. Dr Percin Yergin is amazing for ethnic rhinoplasties, he kept my nose natural whilst giving me the changes I wanted, so I still have the parts of my African features that I wanted to preserve.
The staff explained everything very well and were truly delightful. 10/10, and I would recommend this hospital for solo travellers who are considering medical procedures, as all the cosmetic treatments you need will be well attended to. A special thanks to Farouk for getting everything ready for me.
