We went to **Dr. Adel Aljunaibi at Burjeel Hospital, Al Najda**, for a second opinion regarding my son’s condition. From the very beginning, Dr. Adel listened carefully to my concerns and explained my son’s condition thoroughly. He also gave us clear guidance regarding the best treatment plan.
Dr. Adel performed my son’s surgery, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he provided throughout. After the surgery, he visited my son twice a day, which gave me great reassurance. During his rounds, he worked closely with **Dr. Shahad, my son’s nurse, and the nurse supervisor**. It was wonderful to see how well they worked together as a team.
All the post-operative instructions were explained and handed over to me carefully, which made me feel confident about caring for my son after the surgery.
I would also like to give special appreciation to **Miss Erica, Dr. Adel Aljunaibi’s clinic nurse**. She went above and beyond in coordinating my son’s appointments, from the anesthesia appointment and surgery all the way through his follow-up visits. She found time to visit my son after his surgery. Booked my son follow up checkup after 3 weeks post surgery. Her dedication, professionalism, and exceptional effort made the entire process much easier for us.
The nurse supervisor also personally called to check on my son’s condition after the operation. These thoughtful efforts from the entire team truly made us feel that my son was in good hands.
I am sincerely grateful to **Dr. Adel Aljunaibi, Dr. Shahad, Miss Erica, the nurse supervisor, and the entire Burjeel Hospital team** for their excellent care, professionalism, and compassion.
