Bedah Plastik dan Rekonstruktif

Estetika Medis dan Teknologi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience from Start to Finish Highly Recommend Doku Clinic!
I recently travelled to Istanbul, Turkey, for my hair transplant at Doku Clinic, and I honestly cannot thank the entire team enough for such an amazing experience.
From the moment I arrived at the airport, everything was incredibly well organised. The team contacted me on the day of my arrival, arranged my airport pickup and made sure I arrived safely at my hotel. The hotel was fantastic, with excellent facilities, lovely food and great customer service.
Communication throughout the whole experience was brilliant. Everything was explained step by step, so I always knew what was happening next.
The following day, I was collected from my hotel and taken to the clinic for my consultation and procedure. The consultation was very professional and thorough, and I had a lovely translator who stayed with me throughout, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable.
My procedure took approximately eight hours, with around 5,000 grafts taken from the back of my head and my beard. I was initially a little nervous, but the whole team made me feel completely relaxed. The procedure was virtually painless, and whenever I experienced any discomfort, they immediately stopped and provided additional anaesthetic or pain relief.
Throughout the procedure, I was given regular breaks, food and plenty of reassurance. The nurses, anaesthetic team and specialists were absolutely fantastic. They constantly checked that I was comfortable and feeling okay. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail were outstanding.
What really impressed me was the care afterwards. Even after such a long procedure, members of the team came downstairs while I was having something to eat to check my head, see how I was feeling and make sure everything was fine. That personal attention meant a lot to me.
The aftercare was equally impressive. Everything was explained clearly, including medication, washing instructions and the products provided. The following day, I returned for my first wash, which was carried out with great care.
Even after leaving the clinic, the team continued messaging me to check on my recovery and make sure I was doing well. My airport transfer was also arranged perfectly and arrived right on time.
I genuinely felt cared for, respected and supported throughout the entire journey. It never felt like I was just another patient.
A massive thank you to the doctors, nurses, anaesthetic team, translator, drivers and everyone involved. You all worked incredibly hard and made this a truly positive experience.
As a nurse myself, I really appreciated the professionalism, teamwork, compassion and attention to patient care.
I am now looking forward to seeing my final hair transplant results over the coming months.

I have had a great experience with Doku Clinic! I am only a few days post-op, but Dr. Engin Ocal was amazing. He is so professional, very focused on the functional side of the operation, where he improved a major deviated septum and was attentive to listen to my concerns and wishes. Siban was my contact person the whole way through, and was always so quick to respond, patient with my many questions, and always so kind and reassuring in his replies. I have heard others refer to Doku as a very professional, reputable clinic, and I feel you get that impression immediately. As an international visitor my trip has been very smooth from arrival to surgery to post-op care. Being able to see Istanbul was also an added bonus, as the city is really lovely, the people are friendly, and it has felt very safe even as a solo female traveler. Thank you again to Dr. Ocal, Siban, and the entire pre and post op team for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this clinic!

A fantastic place.
I hope to post several reviews if I am able from my various email accounts - hopefully to ensure all the staff who have interacted with me get the associated credit.
I went with a good friend, he had 4600 grafts and I had just over 2300. Travelled from the UK. Very smooth process.
We had 1 little deviation from our plan - knowing that we would need to rest and recover post-op/stay out the sun we arrived a day early. The courier still tried to collect us from the airport, even though we said we wouldn't need it as we arrived a day early. It goes to show...they really do care!
Zivile Diminskyte has been on the whatsapp chat since July 1st, super responsive and organised. She is highly efficient and very professional. I like how everything is searchable in the chat, easy to share links/images/videos. Big 10/10 for her!
Besides the amazing care, everyone who greeted us, from Berk, Dr Serkan Aygin himself, the young chap making coffee, our surgical teams, literally EVERYONE is so respectful of you.
I have been fortunate to experience many NHS staff that are the same, but when you are paying for your treatment you do expect more - and boy, did we get it in Turkey!
If you're expecting to have full 1-1 consult with a surgeon from start to finish, please evaluate your expectations. This clinic is a highly efficient, world class operation that is so diversified now, and so used to volume that you need to embrace this. You want to find somewhere where the results are repeatable for you because the proportion of cases they have completed are so high, you'll have a higher probability of success...not speaking medically of course haha - that's just my opinion. Doku clinic is basically everything I would look for because I appreciate scale, systems and results.
I don't need a forced chat, fake empathy or fluff. I want a direct exchange, simple transaction and responsive colleagues to approach.
Can I also just say...if you like your art...be prepared to see the coolest private collection ever. It's awesome. On every floor and building.
Our entire experience has been perfect to be fair. Even down to the transfers, follow-ups and more.
Will be posting some more progress and reviews from other emails if I can, because the team is so large, you want to give everyone a shout-out!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Traveling to another country for surgery can be stressful, but the entire team made me feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of every step of the way.
The doctors were highly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt confident before the procedure. The medical staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout my stay.
The clinic was modern, spotless, and very well organized. Everything was handled efficiently, including transportation, accommodation, and communication. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free the entire process was.
Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the results of my nose surgery. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and expertise I received.

I recently visited this clinic and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how beautiful and modern the facility is—it’s clean, elegant, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
The entire team is outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was professional, Kind, and attentive to every detail. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take great pride in their work. The doctor is incredibly skilled and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit.
