Facelift di Guapas RD

Guapas RD is a specialized center for plastic surgery and facial aesthetics in Santiago, Dominican Republic. The clinic combines surgical expertise with advanced cosmetology. Dr. Roberto Gutiérrez Genao leads the medical team with over 8 years of continuous practice.

A distinctive feature is the clinic's partnership with major medical institutions in the region. All surgical procedures are performed at accredited hospitals in Santiago:

• Hospital Metropolitano de Santiago (HOMS)
• Hospital de Especialidades Médicas Materno Infantil Dr. Paulino Reyes (HEMMI)

Six medical doctors support each patient through the entire treatment process.

Plastic Surgery and Body Contouring

The surgical department focuses on body modeling and restorative procedures. Dr. Roberto Gutiérrez Genao uses modern body contouring techniques for natural-looking results. The center offers several specialized liposuction methods. Body Jet liposuction uses water-jet technology to gently remove fat cells. Available body procedures include:

• Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and lipoabdominoplasty
• Liposculpture and tumescent liposuction
• Vaginoplasty (vaginal tightening)
• Fat grafting (lipofilling)
• Cellulite reduction and back lifts

Patients can view documented results in the clinic's case gallery. The medical team monitors recovery and results before and after surgery.

Facial Aesthetics and Breast Care

The clinic provides facial surgeries to improve profile and harmony. Specialists perform rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery for functional or aesthetic concerns. The center also offers Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) – a series of procedures to modify facial features.

For breast care, the clinic offers both aesthetic and reconstructive options:

• Breast augmentation with implants
• Breast lift (mastopexy) and breast reduction
• Combined breast implants with breast lift
• Breast reconstructive surgery

Dr. Roberto Gutiérrez Genao and his surgical team perform these procedures. Each treatment plan reflects the patient's anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Advanced Technology and Aesthetics

Guapas RD is a pioneer in laser-based aesthetic treatments in the Dominican Republic. The center uses FDA-approved laser equipment for various non-surgical treatments. These technologies support skin rejuvenation and aesthetic enhancements. The clinic also offers Botox injections for smoothing lines and wrinkles. This focus on technology gives patients less invasive alternatives for facial modeling and skin care.

Services for International Patients

The clinic treats international patients seeking aesthetic surgery in the Caribbean. Support staff and select specialists offer services in English. Guapas RD provides digital communication channels for initial consultations. The team coordinates transitions between the outpatient clinic and partner hospitals for surgical cases.
