HayatMed Clinic adalah penyedia wisata medis yang didirikan pada tahun 2010. Terletak di distrik Besiktas, Istanbul, klinik ini memberikan perawatan khusus melalui rumah sakit mitra. Akreditasi dan Standar Keselamatan

Bedah Plastik dan Rekonstruktif
Departemen bedah berfokus pada kontur wajah, payudara, dan tubuh. Dr. Emre Turkmen memimpin prosedur utama. Beliau adalah ahli bedah plastik wajah dengan pengalaman 17 tahun. Pada tahun 2025, klinik ini menangani lebih dari 320 pasien rhinoplasty internasional. Departemen ini menjaga tingkat revisi kasus primer di bawah 8%.
Prosedur payudara meliputi pembesaran, mastopexy (pengencangan), dan pengecilan. Ahli bedah menggunakan implan silikon Mentor dan Motiva, yang dikonfirmasi dalam rencana perawatan tertulis. Untuk pengencangan payudara, klinik menerapkan tiga teknik berdasarkan kendurnya jaringan:
- Mastopexy periareolar untuk kendur ringan

Pasien biasanya menghabiskan 1–2 malam di rumah sakit setelah pembesaran payudara. Sebagian besar diizinkan untuk perjalanan internasional pada hari ke-8 setelah pemeriksaan akhir.
Kedokteran Estetika dan Peremajaan Kulit
Departemen kosmetologi menawarkan opsi non-bedah untuk peremajaan wajah dan tubuh. Metode ini cocok untuk pasien yang lebih suka menghindari sayatan atau anestesi umum.
HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) digunakan untuk facelift non-invasif. Ini mengencangkan lapisan jaringan dalam dan merangsang kolagen. Teknologi frekuensi radio Thermage memanaskan dermis dan lapisan lemak. Ini mengencangkan kulit tanpa suntikan dan tidak memerlukan waktu pemulihan.
Untuk masalah tekstur kulit, klinik menggunakan pelapisan ulang Laser Fraxel. Sistem ini mencakup mode non-ablatif dan ablatif. Kemerahan dan pengelupasan biasanya hilang dalam satu minggu.
Obesitas dan Manajemen Berat Badan
Departemen bariatrik menyediakan solusi bedah untuk pasien dengan BMI antara 35 dan 45. Ahli bedah melakukan operasi Gastric Sleeve menggunakan 4–5 sayatan kecil. - Perkembangan dari cairan encer ke makanan lunak
- Kembali ke pekerjaan kantor dalam 2–4 minggu
Penyembuhan internal penuh umumnya memakan waktu 6 hingga 8 minggu.
Layanan Pasien Internasional
Koordinator klinis menawarkan dukungan 24/7 dalam bahasa Inggris yang lancar selama masa tinggal setiap pasien. Klinik menyediakan instruksi perawatan di rumah dalam berbagai bahasa dan dokumentasi konsultasi jarak jauh. Sebelum keberangkatan, pasien menghadiri kunjungan tindak lanjut terakhir untuk memastikan mereka layak untuk terbang. Perawatan lanjutan jarak jauh berlanjut hingga enam bulan melalui konsultasi virtual.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, everything was incredibly well organised and professionally managed. Every appointment, transfer, and schedule ran perfectly on time, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
The entire team made me feel so welcome from day one. Having an English/Polish translator available throughout the journey made communication effortless and gave me so much confidence and peace of mind.
My dentist was exceptionally professional, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The surgeon was absolutely outstanding—not only highly skilled and professional, but also genuinely kind, caring, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. I always felt I was in the best possible hands.
The hospital care was beyond my expectations. Every nurse was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and supportive, making sure I was comfortable at every stage of my recovery. The level of care I received was truly exceptional.

I recently travelled to Hayatmed Clinic for a significant surgical procedure, which included the removal of old breast implants, new breast implants with an uplift, stomach muscle repair and a tummy tuck. This was a major decision and not one I took lightly.
Before choosing Hayatmed Clinic, I spent around six months researching clinics and surgeons across England, Lithuania and Turkey. After narrowing my decision down to two clinics in Turkey, I ultimately chose Hayatmed because of the professionalism, care and reassurance I received from Najeeb, Clinic Coordinator.
From the very first conversation, Najeeb was exceptional. He answered my questions clearly, helped me understand the clinic and the process, and gave me the time and space I needed to make an informed decision. At no point did I feel pressured. In fact, when I explained that I wanted time to reflect and speak with my husband, Najeeb encouraged this and made it clear how important it was that I felt completely comfortable and confident before proceeding. That level of professionalism and integrity was one of the main reasons I chose Hayatmed.
My surgeon, Dr Mehmet, has done an excellent job. Although I am still in the early stages of recovery, the results are already visible and I am extremely happy with what I can see so far. I felt I was in safe and capable hands throughout.
I would also like to acknowledge the hospital nurse with short blonde hair, who made me feel safe, understood and genuinely cared for during a vulnerable time. Her kindness and support made a real difference to my experience.
Another special mention must go to Ismet, the massage nurse. He has been fantastic. I was very swollen following surgery, and his massages have helped me greatly with my mobility and recovery. Although there was a language barrier, we used our phones to translate, and his professionalism, care and positive attitude were clear throughout.
Overall, I felt very well looked after by Hayatmed Clinic. Najeeb, Clinic Coordinator, Dr Mehmet, the hospital nursing team and Ismet all went above and beyond to support me during what was a very big and emotional journey.
I would recommend Hayatmed Clinic, Najeeb and Dr Mehmet with confidence.

From the very beginning, everything was exactly as explained and perfectly planned. The pick-up was punctual, we were taken to the hotel, and the next day I met the doctor. Dr. Mehmet Uzuner was extremely professional, had a great vibe, and did an excellent job.
I had several procedures done, including a mommy makeover, breast lift, and double chin liposuction, and I am very happy with how everything is progressing.
All the organization afterward including all medical tests and every step of the process was absolutely impeccable. Everyone was very kind and supportive, both at the hospital and on the organizational side.
I would especially like to thank Najeeb, whose coordination and support were outstanding. Everything was handled smoothly, without any issues at all.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hospital, I had a tummy tuck in January 2026, after the surgery was completed I was left to rest for approximately 6 hours, when the nurses came to get me to stand I told them I noticed a bulge on my chest and as the sat me up I became extremely dizzy, it turned out I had a bleed which I know is a risk with any surgery however they called the surgeon and a lot of nurses into the room where the surgeon proceeded to open me back up without any pain relief and I was fully awake!!! During this time he packed my wound and closed me back up. After this my husband was told I needed a blood transfusion immediately so he obviously gave his permission, he was then told he had to go and pay first before they would order the blood, I had in total 6 transfusions. In my opinion there was maybe 2 nurses who actually knew what they were doing the rest were no more qualified than me! I had to stay in hospital for 3 nights instead of 2 which also cost me an extra €250 even though I had paid for 5 nights in a hotel which was booked through this company that I only stayed at for 3 nights but was not refunded for that, in the 4 days and 3 nights I spent at the hospital my room, bathroom and sheets were not cleaned once. Since being home I have continuously asked for my medical records and discharge records and have only received part of these and will be reporting this to the relevant authorities. Upon my return to the uk I went straight to hospital and they were absolutely horrified at the lack of care and horrified at fact of being re-opened and packed awake, the NHS has been absolutely fantastic in the care they have given me since I returned.This is my honest experience of this hospital and I would advise anyone looking at this place to take my story into account. I really thought at one point I wouldn’t make it home. The tummy tuck looks great, however the trauma and risk was most definitely not worth it.
