My wife was admitted off a cruise ship with pneumonia in 2012. We are English speaking and language was a bit of a barrier, but the medical staff, especially the doctors who visited regularly were extremely helpful in this regard. She was well cared for and we returned to our ship within three days. The hospital is spotless modern and the care professional. I was grateful for how she was treated.

Very clean and spacious, comfortable entrance.
The receptionists are kind but at times they can not be as helpful.
The cardio vascular surgery department are utmost professional and I would recommend each and one of them. Hope you will not need it!
Some bad reviews here about this hospital, however, make sure you are covered by your insurance before stepping in and it is always nice to get second advice anyway...

I had a terrible experience with this hospital. As my flight required to have a prior Covid-19 test, I have been recommended from my hotel (Kalkan hotel) to go and check in there. I need to mention that I already had enough body anticores to Covid and had my previous test negative before coming to Istanbul. So, I was tested positive and my friend had results of negative finally after the test in this hospital. And I didn’t believe because they were too unprofessional as they released results, the doctor told me just “get well soon”. Therefore, I didn’t trust them as I felt none of symptoms of COVID-19, I went to other hospital and got results from there “negative”. So, I would like to tell anyone reading this review, this hospital has some connections with hotels and they are purely conning people in order to let them stay more and basically spend more in hotels. Shame on you!!!

Not professional , No Honesty , and liar ! they took 2400 TL from me for Health Certificate for wedding and a person named Ahmad who is English translator and working in this hospital , told me every where is same price , he took the money didn't give us invoice , but they gave us a report and paper that not accepted by wedding center and that need to approve by ilçe sağlık müdürlüğü , while normally i had to pay only around 170 TL for health certification !!! Its really fraud and shame for them !!!

My father wanted to have an operation for his back, more specifically his spinal cord. After sending the X-ray to other doctors in other hospitals, I discovered that the diagnostic and the operation they wanted to make him at Medical Park undergo was all wrong for his case. I was surprised when we entered the examination room that there are 4 interns attending without having our consent on their presence. Because the doctor can´t speak another language except Turkish, there was a female translator who was not very professional: she answered 4-5 calls during the examination and we had to wait for her. I don´t recommend this hospital at all, and in addition they are very expensive.
