I have attended my first visit and cant praise Smiles enough. My initial consultation was in UK and the dentist was very professional. I had a scan and consultation. The dentist explained the whole process and was there to help me arrange my visit to Turkey. I was in a bad situation, I had lost many teeth, pain etc. Upon arrival I provided with an apartment which made attending appointments very easy and convenient. Ali guided us the whole time and he was very polite caring and supportive. Melda the dentist was so gentle kind and professional. I had 3 root canal treatments, one filling, 3 extractions and 5 implants. I cant wait to come for my second visit in 5 months. I highly recommend this dental clinic. The treatment has given me hope to smile again!

Recently got back from Smiles. Was initially worried about having all my teeth removed as was recommended in my original treatment plan. But once their that changed after consultation which I was happy about & made it a lot cheaper. Made to feel welcome & at ease throughout. Wont be so worried when I go back in a few months to get my crown& finally have the smile ive always wanted

To be honest, when I first saw that this clinic had a full 5-star rating, I was a bit surprised and skeptical—until I actually came here and experienced their care firsthand. Now, I can confidently say they deserve every single star!
After a truly awful dental experience in Bulgaria, I was naturally nervous about undergoing dental surgery abroad again. However, this team blew all my worries away. Every single member of the staff was polite, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help at any moment. Their responsiveness is incredible—even if I reached out late at night with a question, they replied promptly. Whenever I felt I needed to see the doctors, they arranged an appointment for me right away without any delay.
A huge thank you to Dr. Emre, whose expertise, calm demeanor, and gentle hands made the entire surgery smooth and painless. Special gratitude goes to Ali, the translator, who was always by my side, making communication completely effortless and ensuring I felt looked after from start to finish.
I was also very impressed by the clinic’s boss, who stayed in direct contact with me throughout the entire process. He offered very fair pricing and great packages, proving that they prioritize patient care above all else. On top of that, the flat they arranged for my stay was really lovely, clean, and comfortable, which made my recovery stress-free.
If you have had bad dental experiences elsewhere, do not hesitate to come here. Dr. Emre, Ali, and the entire team are truly exceptional!

This review is based on my partners 1st dental treatment visit to smiles….
My partner has just finished his 1st weeks visit with smiles. We was so nervous about travelling abroad to get his treatment but the team at smiles made us feel so at ease from start to finish. We talked about my partners dental plan in detail as things changed reguarding his treatment once he had the X-ray. We knew he needed this work doing from the X-rays he had done back in England by our own dentist. Staff explained in great detail why these changes needed to be made going forward and any concerns we had was answered and explained.
Every time we visited we was both made to feel welcome. My partner felt he was able to voice his concerns and was reassured every step of the way throughout his treatment.
All the staff are 100% brilliant at what they do and are very hard working even down to all the friendly drivers who come to pick you up but we both wanted to give that extra shout out to cagdas and osman you are both a credit to smiles.

I had a full upper and lower smile makeover with 12 implants done at this clinic, and I honestly could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Both of my visits were surprisingly stress-free and easy. Everything was organised perfectly, communication was clear, and the staff always made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They answered all of my questions patiently and supported me throughout the whole process.
The quality of their work is amazing, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Having full upper and lower teeth restored with 12 implants is a huge procedure, but the clinic made the entire journey feel smooth, safe, and manageable.
You can really tell that the team truly cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. I’m very grateful for their hard work, professionalism, and kindness. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment abroad. And I would like to say a special thank you for Ugur,Pinar, Serdar, Damla , Ümit, Dr Gökmen and Dr Ertugrul!!
