I had my eyes and Endotine procedure done at Willbe Plastic Surgery Hospital over 3 years ago, and I’m still really happy with the results.
My eyes look so much prettier and more defined now, and I feel like my whole face looks much more feminine and softer. Before the surgery, my features looked quite strong and a little masculine, especially around my eyes. After the surgery, my face looks much more balanced and feminine.

It has been about a month since I underwent incisional ptosis correction surgery performed by Dr. Kim Jun-young at Willbe Plastic Surgery.
I had been considering ptosis correction because my eyes often looked tired and gave me a somewhat heavy or sleepy appearance. Since I wanted to maintain a natural and masculine look, I did not want a prominent double-eyelid crease or an obviously surgical result. My goal was to make my eyes look more open and defined while keeping the crease very low and subtle, almost like a monolid.
During the consultation, Dr. Kim carefully examined my eyes and explained the most suitable surgical approach, as well as the changes I could expect. He understood exactly that I wanted a natural result, which gave me confidence in moving forward with the surgery. He was also very kind and attentive before and after the procedure, and he answered all of my questions in detail, which made the entire recovery process much more comfortable.
The consultation manager was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. She took great care of everything, from the initial consultation and scheduling to the post-operative care. I also appreciated how thoughtfully she arranged the additional services and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the process. It did not feel like the care ended after the surgery, as they continued to support me during my recovery.
Since this was an incisional procedure, there was naturally some swelling in the beginning. However, the swelling gradually went down over time, and the results became more and more natural. It has now been about a month since the surgery, and my eyes have settled very naturally. They look even more natural now than they did when the review photos were taken.
My eyes look more open and my overall expression is clearer, but the double-eyelid crease is not overly noticeable, which is exactly what I wanted. People around me have also said that my eyes look naturally larger and that my overall impression has improved, rather than saying that I look like I had surgery.
I would recommend consulting with Dr. Kim Jun-young at Willbe Plastic Surgery to anyone looking for a clean, natural, and subtle result rather than a dramatic or overly defined look. I got double eyelid surgery (with ptosis correction) from Dr. Kim Junyoung at Willbe Plastic Surgery a month ago!
My main concern had always been my noticeably uneven eyes, and I’d always been bothered by how my barely-there double eyelid line made my eyes look kind of dull and tired. This time, I made sure to focus on that specific issue during the consultation, and I’m really happy with the results.
Best of all, I had almost no swelling or bruising right after the surgery, so I was back to my normal daily routine comfortably by day 2. The line itself was never overdone — it was shaped to perfectly match my facial proportions, so it looks incredibly natural. What I love most is that there’s zero artificial look to it; it settled in as if it had always been my own eyes. My Original Situation & Why I Needed Revision Surgery
I originally had eyelid surgery at a large, well-known plastic surgery clinic. In order to have surgery with the surgeon I wanted, I was required to undergo additional procedures that I hadn't originally planned, including medial epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction, and non-incisional double eyelid surgery.
Unfortunately, only three months later, my double eyelids had partially come undone and became noticeably uneven. When I went back to the clinic, they insisted the results were perfectly normal. Later, they even claimed the problem was due to my own eyes and asked me to pay again for revision surgery.
Feeling completely discouraged, I spent a long time researching clinics and consulting with different surgeons before finally finding WillBe Plastic Surgery.
Consultation & Surgery
During my consultation with Dr. Junyoung Kim, I looked through many of his previous surgical results, which immediately gave me confidence. More importantly, he honestly explained what improvements were realistically possible for my eyes instead of making unrealistic promises. At that moment, I knew this would be my final revision surgery.
To be honest, I initially asked for a more dramatic eyelid crease than what was realistically achievable. However, after carefully analyzing my eye shape, size, and overall facial proportions, Dr. Kim told me honestly that the crease I wanted wasn't suitable for my eyes. Instead, he recommended a shape that would complement my facial features and look the most natural and beautiful. His honesty made me trust him even more.
3-Month Results & Satisfaction
Since I had already gone through multiple eyelid surgeries before, I had a pretty good sense of what to expect. This time, I could tell almost immediately after surgery that it had been successful.
The two issues I was most worried about—the eyelids coming undone again and my uneven eyes—have both been completely corrected.
Because this was a revision surgery, I briefly developed a secondary crease during the healing process, which made me nervous for a while. However, thanks to Dr. Kim's attentive follow-up care, everything settled beautifully, and my eyelid crease now looks exactly the way I had hoped.
Overall Thoughts
Many large clinics are very attentive before surgery, but once the procedure is over, the level of care often changes completely. My experience at WillBe was the exact opposite. They carefully monitored my recovery, answered all of my concerns, and truly took responsibility for my results from beginning to end.
Your eyes are one of the first things you notice every time you look in the mirror, and they're also one of the first features other people see. Even small imperfections can become a huge source of stress. WillBe genuinely understood how I felt throughout the entire process.
This is honestly the first clinic where I've experienced such thorough and caring postoperative follow-up. Dr. Kim, the patient coordinator, and every member of the staff have been consistently kind and professional every time I've visited.
