Prof. Dr. Kadir Önem provides medical and surgical care for both adult and pediatric patients, with a particular focus on:

• Neurogenic bladder

He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and surgical management of complex neuro-urological and reconstructive conditions and has developed surgical techniques in the fields of neuro-urology and reconstructive urology.

RESEARCH & ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

Prof. Dr. Önem has served as the principal investigator in several international Phase III and Phase IV clinical studies focusing on neurogenic bladder and bladder cancer.

He has authored or co-authored more than 70 national and international scientific publications and book chapters.

He also serves as a reviewer for several national and international medical journals.

Prof. Dr. Kadir Önem is a Professor of Urology specializing in neuro-urology, reconstructive urology, urinary incontinence, urodynamics, neuromodulation, and bladder cancer. His clinical practice encompasses both adult and pediatric patients with complex neuro-urological conditions.

With international research experience at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, extensive clinical expertise, and more than 70 national and international publications and book chapters, Prof. Dr. Önem is actively involved in both clinical practice and academic research. His work has contributed to advances in neuro-urology and reconstructive urology, and he continues to participate in international clinical studies and professional organizations in these fields.
