Op. Dr. Semih Özçınar adalah ahli bedah plastik, rekonstruktif, dan estetika. Ia meraih gelar M.D. dari Universitas Ankara dan menyelesaikan residensi bedah plastiknya di Universitas İnönü. Ia adalah anggota International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
Karya ilmiahnya mencakup presentasi lisan pada Kongres Nasional Masyarakat Bedah Plastik, Rekonstruktif, dan Estetika Turki tahun 2022 yang berjudul "Analisis Retrospektif Flap Regional, Bebas, dan Lokal dalam Rekonstruksi Kepala dan Leher."
