2.The package price includes the surgeon's fee, anesthesiologist's fee, operating room fee.
3.The package price does not include pre-operative medical examinations. Additional charges may apply based on the physician's assessment.
4.The package price does not include expenses related to the patient's pre-existing medical conditions or any expenses outside the scope of the package, including medications for pre-existing conditions, medical supplies, implanted medical devices, laboratory tests, or any other additional costs, if applicable.
5.If the patient requires admission to or Intensive Care Unit (ICU), requires hospitalization beyond the package entitlement, or requests an extended hospital stay for any reason, additional charges will be billed according to the hospital's standard rates.
6.The package price does not include the cost of specialized pathological examinations, special medical materials or equipment, and pathologist's fees.
7.The package price includes take-home medications related to the surgery or procedure specified in the package.
8.Additional charges may apply if any abnormal findings require further investigation or treatment.
9.If the service recipient is unable to receive the service within the specified promotional period, the hospital reserves the right not to provide any refund under any circumstances.
10.The hospital reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11.The above package price is exclusively available to customers who book and receive services through the Bookimed website.
