Hefzi-bá is a private plastic surgery and laser aesthetic clinic in La Vega, Dominican Republic. Dr. Belinesa Jiménez Abreu founded it in 2009. The facility focuses on surgical body contouring and non-invasive facial rejuvenation. The medical team provides personalized evaluations to match each patient with the most appropriate procedure.
Plastic Surgery and Body Contouring
The clinic specializes in surgical procedures to reshape the silhouette and restore body proportions. Specialists perform various techniques for fat reduction and skin tightening:
- Laserlipólisis (laser lipolysis) – uses fiber optics to dissolve fat and tighten skin.
- Vaser Heus – ultrasound technology that allows greater skin retraction than traditional methods.
- Microaire PAL – energy-assisted liposuction for precise fat removal.
- Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and Mommy Makeover procedures.
- Rhinoplasty, including specialized Asian Rhinoplasty techniques.
Laserlipólisis is a fully outpatient procedure. Patients often see immediate changes, though final results appear over several months as skin retracts. For patients who want volume enhancement, the team performs lipotransfer using the patient's own fat cells.
Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Technology
Hefzi-bá uses multiple laser platforms to treat skin imperfections and signs of aging without surgery. The clinic's Fotona SP line combines Nd:YAG and Er:YAG wavelengths. This dual-action approach treats deep skin layers and surface blemishes at the same time.
The facility offers specialized treatments for skin tightening and cellulite reduction:
- VelaShape III – combines infrared light and radiofrequency to stimulate collagen.
- EndyMed 3DEEP RF – delivers focused energy for deep tissue remodeling.
- OxyGeneo – a platform for skin oxygenation and exfoliation.
- Laser hair removal and professional chemical peels.
Specialists also remove small benign skin lesions. This process targets moles, warts, and angiomas with minimal impact on surrounding tissue. The skin heals within 7–10 days, and recovery is practically painless.
Intimate Surgery and Women's Health
The clinic provides aesthetic and functional gynecological options, including vaginoplastia. This procedure restores vaginal muscle tone that may be lost due to aging or childbirth. It can also reshape the vaginal appearance for aesthetic reasons. The medical team guides patients through the entire process with specific pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
Specialized Equipment
Hefzi-bá uses several recognized medical platforms. The Wells Johnson system handles autologous fat transfers to keep cell viability high. For body remodeling, the clinic uses Tripolar Radiofrequency technology developed in Israel. These systems deliver deep energy flow without external cooling during the procedure.
Services for International Patients
The medical team at Hefzi-bá conducts all consultations and procedures in Spanish. To help international patients plan their care, the clinic offers online appointment booking for initial evaluations. During these consultations, doctors review health history and set realistic expectations for surgical outcomes. The clinic provides personalized follow-up instructions to support recovery once patients return home.
