Proton Therapy Center is the largest proton beam therapy center in Europe. It focuses exclusively on proton therapy for many cancer types. The center was founded with Charles University and Czech Technical University.

• Treats around 2,500 patients annually. Nearly 800 patients received treatment in its first three years.
• Uses Ion Beam Applications proton technology and last-generation imaging – MRI, CT, PET-CT, and IGRT.
• Five treatment rooms: three with gantry, one with fixed beam, and one dedicated to eye tumors.
• Certified by SAKCR, the Czech United Accreditation Commission, for quality and safety.
• Pediatric patients receive hospitalization and treatment under anesthesia.
