Prof. Dr. Sabri Aydin is a neurosurgeon. He specializes in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery and spine surgery. He provides patient-focused care for movement disorders, spasticity, and complex cases. He has extensive experience in Türkiye and the USA.
He chaired the Department of Neurosurgery at Biruni University (2021–2024). He worked as a functional neurosurgeon at Neurospinal Hospital, Dubai (2019–2020). He held attending posts at Istanbul University–Cerrahpasa and VKV American Hospital. He has run a private clinic in Istanbul since 2020.
He has many SCI/SCI‑E indexed papers and book chapters on spasticity, neuromodulation, and pain. He has given numerous congress presentations and invited lectures. His training includes an MD from Istanbul University and a neurosurgery residency at Cerrahpasa. He completed a stereotactic and functional neurosurgery fellowship at Ankara University, an observer/fellow term at OHSU, and the CNS George Ablin International Fellowship at UIC.
