Dr. Umit Tuncel is an ENT specialist. He earned his medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine (1986–1992). He completed his ENT residency at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital (1993–1996). He has more than 30 years of ENT experience in Turkey.

He was Head of Clinic at Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital (2005–2008) and at Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital (2008–2018, 2022–2024). This totals about 15 years in leadership roles. His practice focuses on head and neck cancers, surgery for snoring and sleep apnea, rhinoplasty, and pediatric ENT. He is currently an ENT specialist at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2024–present).

Dr. Cemile Dilek Uysal has graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine with honors in 1992. She did compulsory service for 3 years in Merzifon district of Amasya. Then she won the dermatology department of Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital, which was her first choice at TUS. From there she specialized in dermatology. Currently, she serves in the Intercontinental Dermatology department of Hisar Hospital.

Her areas of interest include acne, fungi, eczema, urticaria, pruritus (itching), viral and bacterial diseases, parasitic diseases such as scabies (scabies) and pediculus capitis, various hair diseases, and psoriasis.

Dr. Süveyda Gözüküçük completed her medical education at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Orhan Shencan is a medical oncology specialist. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1988. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Ankara Training Hospital between 1990 and 1994. He finished his Medical Oncology training at Ankara University between 1997 and 1999. He became an Associate Professor in Medical Oncology in 2009.

He has held Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology posts at İnönü University, Ankara Training Hospital, and Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He also worked at Ankara Etlik Specialty Hospital, Private Lokman Hekim Hospital, Acıbadem Maslak Hospital, and Fatih University (Associate Professor, 2012–2016). He later worked at Sante Oncology Center and Medical Park Gebze Hospital.

He practiced at King Hamad University Hospital, Bahrain Oncology Center, from 2017 to 2023. In 2024 he worked at Acıbadem Bodrum Hospital. He currently practices at Avicenna Ataşehir Hospital (2024–) and Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–).

Prof. Dr. Ayla Güven graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1986 and completed her mandatory service at Ege University Chest Diseases Bornova Tuberculosis Dispensary. Following that, she started her specialization training in the Department of Child Health and Diseases at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and became a specialist in 1993. After working as a specialist physician, she began her subspecialty training in Pediatric Endocrinology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in September 2000 and became a Pediatric Endocrinology specialist in December 2002. In April 2003, she started working as an assistant professor at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine and worked in the Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes Department at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, USA, between May and November 2003. After returning to Turkey, she continued to work at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine. This clinic was the first to offer Pediatric Endocrinology subspecialty training in the country. During her time there, one person became a Pediatric Endocrinology specialist. On March 13, 2006, she successfully passed the exam and received the title of Associate Professor. Since December 2006, she has been working at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital. In this hospital, she was appointed as the head of the Pediatric Endocrinology clinic in November 2008 and started providing Pediatric Endocrinology subspecialty training for the first time in the hospital in March 2009. Between 2009 and 2017, she trained five Pediatric Endocrinology specialists. Most of the physicians she currently provides subspecialty training to have gained academic titles as professors and associate professors. After working as a training instructor at Health Sciences University Zeynep Kamil Hospital for Children and Women from 2017 to 2021, she retired at her request from public service. Between 2021 and 2024, she worked as a Pediatric Endocrinology specialist at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Child Health and Diseases, at Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Ozan Ali Erdal is an Orthopedics and Traumatology specialist with a focus on pediatric orthopedics. His clinical interests include cerebral palsy and osteogenesis imperfecta. He also treats hip dislocation, congenital bone deficiencies including fibular hemimelia, flatfoot and other foot deformities, genu varum, pediatric fractures, and malunions.

Prof. Dr. Nesrin Sarıman graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 1990 and completed her specialization in “Chest Diseases and Tuberculosis” at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital. She worked at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine Hospital between from 2004 till 2022, obtaining the titles of associate professor and professor. Her primary areas of interest include; Obstructive Lung Diseases (Asthma-Allergy, COPD), Sleep Disorders (Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome), Lung Cancer, and Smoking Cessation Treatments. She is a bronchoscopy specialist and sleep physician. She has published articles in national and international journals and has authored book chapters. She participated in a multicenter international clinical study on asthma. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses and supervised master’s theses. She has served as a member of the Clinical Research Ethics Committee. She holds memberships in national and international associations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she actively participated in COVID-19 services. During her years at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine, she undertook numerous administrative and academic roles, including serving as the editor of “Maltepe Medical Journal” and as the assistant dean from 2019 till 2022. He earned his MD from the Gazi University Faculty of Medicine (2008–2014). He completed specialty training in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at Pamukkale University (2022). He is a member of the Istanbul Medical Chamber.

His professional development includes an Erasmus exchange at the Medical University of Lublin (2013). He attended the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Residents’ School (2018) and Eurasian Non-Surgical Days (2019). He also took part in the National Congress of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (2022, 2023).

Prof. Dr. Levent Kılıçkan graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He completed his residency at Istanbul Taksim Hospital in 1994. He became an associate professor at Kocaeli University Medical Hospital in 2001. In 2006, he was promoted to full professor at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine.
