Dr. Thanakrit Mongklapaiboon is a body interventional radiologist. He earned his M.D. with First Class Honors from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in 2014. He completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Siriraj in 2020. He then finished a fellowship in Body Interventional Radiology.
His practice focuses on image-guided, minimally invasive therapies. These include interventional oncology and targeted tumor treatments. He also performs musculoskeletal procedures, such as Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) and nerve block or ablation. His work covers pulmonary and other thoracic procedures, and embolotherapy. Many procedures use micro-access pinhole techniques. These allow same-day recovery with minimal downtime.
