Professor Lydia Chen (Li Ping) is Chief Physician of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. She has over 30 years of clinical experience. Her work focuses on sudden hearing loss and other ear disorders. She performs both microscopic and endoscopic ear surgery.

Her expertise covers ear procedures such as mastoidectomy, tympanoplasty, cholesteatoma removal, ossicular chain repair, and preauricular fistula excision. She also performs adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy with plasma technology, as well as endoscopic sinus surgery, nasal polyp removal, and deviated septum correction. Emilia Karchier, MD, PhD, is an ENT surgeon with over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience at Krajmed Medical Center in Warsaw. She graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2005. She became an otorhinolaryngology specialist in 2013. She earned a PhD in 2015 for research on endoscopy in chronic middle ear surgery. From 2006 to 2018, she worked at the Medical University of Warsaw Department of Otolaryngology as a resident and assistant professor. She is a member of the Polish Society of Otorhinolaryngologists–Head and Neck Surgeons. She has published many papers and contributed to two textbooks.

Expertise includes functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS); nasal surgery such as septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and functional correction; submandibular and parotid surgery; surgery for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, including soft-palate plasty; pediatric ENT care, including tonsil and adenoid surgery, ear tubes, and tongue- or lip-tie release; endoscopic diagnostics, tympanometry, and outpatient procedures such as nasal bone repositioning, earlobe reconstruction, and laryngeal polyp removal.

Magdalena Hamera, MD, PhD, is an otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon with over 25 years of experience. She provides adult and pediatric ENT care at Krajmed Medical Center in Warsaw. She earned her PhD in 2007 and became board-certified in otolaryngology in 2009.

She graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw, where she also completed her residency. Since 1999, she has been active in research and teaching in pharmacology and otolaryngology at that university. She has authored and co-authored many ENT papers and takes part in major symposia and conferences.

Dr. Jwong Myeonghyeon is an otolaryngologist (ENT specialist). He holds an MD and PhD and serves as Honorary Medical Director. His clinical focus includes otitis media, tinnitus, dizziness and vertigo, cochlear implants, hearing loss, hearing aids, and pediatric otolaryngology.

He earned his MD and PhD in medicine from Yonsei University. He completed fellowship training at the Otology Research Laboratory at The Ohio State University in the United States.

His leadership roles include Director of the Yonsei University Eye and ENT Hospital. He is Professor Emeritus at Yonsei University College of Medicine.
