He is an expert in cardiac arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation, internal defibrillators and catheter ablation; and he conducts diagnostic electrophysiological studies.
He also carries out extensive teaching work as a Senior Lecturer of the Medicine Department of the Malaga University, where he teaches the subject Diseases of the Circulatory and Respiratory Systems to fourth-year medical students.
He is the author of over 100 scientific publications in influential journals. At the same time, he has contributed to the preparation of clinical practice guides and is the author of 23 books and chapters of scientific titles in the speciality.

Experience
On his return from London, he organized and directed the Arrhythmia Unit of the Cardiology Service of the University Hospital Nuestra Señora del Pino in Las Palmas until 2000.
He later became Deputy Director of the Arrhythmia Department and Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory at the Jimenez Diaz Foundation in Madrid.
Professor of Cardiology at the Autonomous University and Director of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (Heart Rhythm Society) Fellowship Program, positions he held for 6 years before moving to the Quironsalud University Hospital of Madrid in 2006.
Dr. Cabrera has been head of the cardiology department at the Quironsalud University Hospital of Madrid since its opening in 2006.
Since January 2013, he has also been Head of the Cardiology Department at the Ruber Juan Bravo Hospital Complex and, in 2022, Head of Service at the new Olimpia Center.
He is a professor at the European University of Madrid, where he heads the Department of Clinical and Fundamental Translational Cardiology.
Qualification
Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Granada. From 1994 to 1996 he completed postgraduate training as an interventional cardiologist in the Arrhythmia Unit (Cardiac Electrophysiology Laboratory) of the Jiménez Díaz Foundation in Madrid.
Senior Research Fellow. National Heart and Lung Institute. Royal Brompton. Paediatric Heart Morphology under the direction of Prof. Robert H. Anderson in London (UK) in 1997.

Dr. Qasim Wasim holds an MBBS and master’s and PhD degrees in general surgery from Dalian Medical University. He is a PMDC board-certified general practitioner with over 10 years of experience. He served as a resident at Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex and at Nawaz Sharif Social Security Hospital in Lahore.
He manages cases in internal medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and dermatology. He also handles emergencies such as trauma, fractures, cardiac events, and burns. He is multilingual and serves an international community. He has authored over eight SCI-indexed research papers on intestinal ischemia–reperfusion injury and surgical biomechanics.
Dr. Ugur Taskin is a specialist in interventional cardiology. He treats conditions such as high cholesterol, heart valve diseases, heart failure, and coronary artery disease. He received his medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.
Dr. Taskin worked at Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine from 2009 to 2014, where he gained valuable experience. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Cardiology and the Izmir Medical Chamber. These memberships show his dedication to high standards in cardiology.
SEUNG HYUN NAM Department of Gynecology
Dr. Meryem Eken is an obstetrician-gynecologist and IVF specialist. She earned her M.D. and completed her residency at Istanbul University. She completed IVF clinical training at Zeynep Kamil in 2017. She led the IVF Unit at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital from 2020 to 2025. She heads the IVF Unit at Bahçeşehir University Medical Park Göztepe Hospital. She started in 2025. She has served on the faculty of Üsküdar University since 2024. She became a professor at Biruni University in 2025.
Her clinical focus includes infertility, intrauterine insemination (IUI), natural-cycle IVF, hysteroscopy, endometriosis, and minimally invasive myomectomy. She has authored or co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed international articles. Several appeared in SCI and SSCI journals. In 2016, she received First Prize for an oral presentation from the Turkish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
Prof. Mesut Polat, MD. Obstetrics and Gynecology; Gynecologic Oncology. Expertise: gynecologic oncology; advanced and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery; high‑risk obstetrics; placenta accreta spectrum; medical and surgical management of postpartum hemorrhage.

Dr. Kim Chang-il is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is the Director of the Robotic Surgery Center and the Uterine Fibroid Center at Naeun Hospital. He specializes in robotic laparoscopy and uterine and ovarian preservation. He treats severe adenomyosis, large uterine fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, chronic pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and menopause.
