Dr. Almog Ben-Yaacov is an Attending Surgeon in the Department of General and Oncological Surgery (Surgery C) at Sheba Medical Center. He specializes in cytoreductive surgery (CRS) with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC). His clinical focus includes gastric cancer, sarcoma, and complex colorectal malignancies. Since 2018, he has performed more than 200 HIPEC procedures.

Prof. Amit Tirosh is a senior endocrinologist and Head of the Neuroendocrine Tumors Service at Sheba Medical Center. He specializes in neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).

His work centers on hereditary NET syndromes. He is affiliated with the NIH in MEN1 research. He serves on an international VHL expert panel and helped write VHL management guidelines. He is the primary contact at Sheba’s multidisciplinary VHL clinic.

He leads the Endocrine Oncology Bioinformatics Lab. He collaborates with international teams, including the Weizmann Institute. He provides advanced NET care, including PRRT.

Selain studi dan makalah di jurnal internasional yang diterbitkan dalam jumlah besar, dia terlibat dalam studi multinasional internasional di beberapa jurnal dengan nilai dampak tinggi.

Dokter lulus dari Fakultas Kedokteran Çapa Universitas Istanbul pada tahun 1998 dan menyelesaikan residensi dalam Radiodiagnostik dan Radiologi Intervensional di Fakultas Kedokteran Cerrahpaşa pada tahun 2002. Mengkhususkan diri dalam Radiologi Diagnostik dan Teleradiologi, serta Radiologi Intervensional, dokter telah berpartisipasi dalam 12 kongres lokal dan satu internasional, memberikan banyak presentasi lisan dan tertulis. Dokter telah memegang posisi di Rumah Sakit Interkontinental Hisar, Rumah Sakit Udara Merzifon, Pusat Emar Istanbul, dan Rumah Sakit Pelatihan dan Penelitian Haseki.<\/p>

Dokter menyelesaikan pendidikan medis di Universitas Teknik Karadeniz dan mengambil spesialisasi di Universitas Ilmu Kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Pelatihan dan Penelitian Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal. Dengan fokus pada bedah tulang belakang, bedah trauma, dan artroplasti, dokter memiliki minat khusus dalam bedah panggul-asetabulum. Dokter telah melakukan banyak operasi sukses di bidang ortopedi dan traumatologi. Pada tahun 2014, dokter menjadi finalis dalam Penghargaan Teknologi XI Tubitak. Saat ini, dokter melayani pasien di Departemen Ortopedi dan Traumatologi Rumah Sakit Intercontinental Hisar.<\/p>

Dokter memulai spesialisasi kardiologi di Rumah Sakit Pelatihan dan Penelitian Kartal Koşuyolu Yüksek İhtisas dan lebih lanjut mengembangkan keahlian dalam katup jantung di Rumah Sakit St Thomas, London. Dengan fokus pada penyakit jantung struktural bawaan, penyakit katup, dan penyakit arteri koroner, dokter mahir dalam teknik diagnostik seperti IVUS, FFR, dan OCT, serta perawatan termasuk stent dan balon. Keahlian juga mencakup aritmia, alat pacu jantung, penyakit arteri perifer, dan ekokardiografi transesofageal. Dokter melayani pasien di Departemen Kardiologi Rumah Sakit Intercontinental Hisar.<\/p>
