Professor Raanan Berger, MD PhD, is a medical oncologist and radiotherapist. He is Director of the Cancer Center at Sheba Medical Center and heads its clinical research unit. He was listed in Forbes Israel’s “Best Doctors” (2025). He leads the genitourinary oncology program with a focus on prostate cancer. His care includes systemic therapy and radiotherapy in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered model.

He is board-certified in oncology. He earned his MD and PhD at Tel Aviv University and completed his clinical training at Sheba. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Dana-Farber/Harvard, focusing on prostate cancer with Dr. Philip Kantoff and molecular oncology in Dr. William C. Hahn’s lab. He is a member of ESMO and ASCO. He has co-authored more than 20 peer-reviewed papers, including studies on outcomes in high- versus very high-risk prostate cancer and on BRCA1/2 in large cohorts.

Professor Jair Bar, MD, PhD, is a thoracic oncologist and Deputy Director of the Cancer Center at Sheba Medical Center. He leads the Thoracic Oncology Unit. He treats lung cancer, including advanced non-small cell cases. His care includes medical oncology, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.

He runs a translational research lab focused on resistance to immunotherapy. He has published on exhaled-breath cancer metabolism and on angiogenesis inhibition in lung cancer.

Prof. Roy Mashiach, MD, is the Director of Gynecology at Sheba Medical Center. He is a leading expert in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery with over 30 years of experience. Following the closure of the hospital in which my IVF center was located due to economic reasons, I started practicing private medicine. A while after that, I started working as the manager of The Gynecological Oncology and IVF Center in Bodrum Acibadem Hospital. Then, I returned to Istanbul, and continued my work in private hospitals as a specialist in gynecological oncology and IVF.

Sejak Januari 1993, Dr. Totaro memegang peran sebagai Koordinator dari Pusat MAP (Pembuahan yang Dibantu Secara Medis) dan Pusat Ultrasonografi Obstetri-Ginekologi di Ospedale Santa Maria di Departemen Maternal dan Anak. Di bawah pengawasannya, Pusat ini, salah satu pusat MAR terkemuka di Italia, melakukan lebih dari 1.000 prosedur per tahun. Ospedale Santa Maria - menempati posisi pertama untuk jumlah siklus IUI, inseminasi intrauterin (586) - teknik tingkat I, sedangkan untuk jumlah prosedur pencairan oosit - teknik tingkat II dan III - rumah sakit Santa Maria dari Bari menempati posisi ke-4 dalam peringkat nasional.

Pada tahun 1986 Dr. Totaro lulus dalam bidang Kedokteran dan Bedah dari Universitas Bari, Italia dengan nilai sempurna, di mana 4 tahun kemudian beliau mengambil spesialisasi di bidang Ginekologi dan Obstetri.
