Assoc. Prof. Dr. Necati Kaplan is a neurosurgeon specializing in brain, spine, and peripheral nerve surgery. He treats tumors, vascular disorders, hydrocephalus, trauma, degenerative spine disease, pediatric neurosurgical conditions, and Chiari malformation. He also works with experimental stem cell and exosome therapies.

Dr. Yavuz Aydin is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He currently practices at Istanbul Aydın University VM Medical Park Florya Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Hacettepe University. He completed his specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He later became an associate professor and then a professor at the same institution.

Dr. Bugra Bilge Keseroglu specializes in robotic and laparoscopic urology. His robotic work includes radical prostatectomy (conventional and Retzius-sparing), radical cystectomy, sacrocolpopexy, and Burch colposuspension. His laparoscopic work includes radical prostatectomy with lymph node dissection, radical cystectomy, sacrocolpopexy, and Burch colposuspension. After graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2003 he started his PhD education in the Department of Periodontology, Institute of Health in the same university. Having completed the PhD education in 2009 he started to work as a research assistant in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Periodontology.

He became Assoc.Prof in 2015 and continued both clinical and academic research. In 2022 he became full professor and have published more than 30 studies in well-known scientific journals. Dr. Ahmet KIRKINCI is a specialist physician (operator doctor) in obstetrics and gynecology. He provides prenatal care and delivery. He performs laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopy and hysterectomy, and incontinence surgery. He also manages IUI, PCOS, and menopausal hormone therapy. He offers colposcopy and HPV care.

He graduated from Erzurum Atatürk University in 2015. He worked at Erzurum No. 12 Family Health Center from 2015 to 2019. He served at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University from 2019 to 2023. He then joined Bayburt State Hospital from 2023 to 2025. He moved to Optimed International Çorlu Hospital in 2025. He is proficient in English.

He has co‑authored studies on hysterectomy outcomes. He has also researched first‑trimester SARS‑CoV‑2 and miscarriage, biomarkers in oligohydramnios, and prediction of ectopic pregnancy treatment. His work includes the effects of single OGTT values and host genetics in pregnant patients with COVID‑19. These papers appeared in the Taiwan Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Anais da Academia Brasileira de Ciências, and the Journal of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has also posted preprints on SSRN and ResearchGate.

Dr. Ayan graduated from Medical School in 1991 and completed his urology education in 1997. At the beginning of his carrier, he was a post doctorate research fellow at the Department of Urology of Harvard Medical School, Children’s Hospital in Boston (1999-2000). He studied the effect of partial ureteral obstruction to the kidney in early developmental stage in an experimental animal fetus model. This study provided a significant contribution to a complicated issue of pediatric urology and was cited many times by its successors. 

He became associate professor of urology in 2004 and was appointed as a professor of urology in 2009. He was accepted as a clinical fellow in Minimal Invasive Urologic Oncology at the Department of Surgery, Section of Urology at the University of Chicago (2014-2015). He worked in an intense oncology program mainly concentrated on robotic surgery of prostate and kidney cancer. Because of this background, he is mainly interested in urologic oncology and pediatric urology. The primary portion of his daily practice consist of kidney cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, neonatal hydronephrosis, ureteropelvic junction obstruction, urine reflux to kidney, hypospadias and undescended testis. 

Because of its prevalence in Turkey, Prof. Ayan has a huge experience with urinary stone disease and he is doing large number of endoscopic and percutaneous surgeries for kidney, ureter and bladder stones. 

Prof. Ayan holds United States Medical License and European Board of Urology Certificate. He is a member of AUA, EAU and Turkish Urologic Surgery and Urologic Oncology Societies.
